Permission for 1) Retention for construction of the detached domestic garage to the rear of the dwelling (used solely in connection with the main dwelling for recreation/store purposes). 2) Retention for alterations to the existing dwelling & front boundary wall that differ from granted permission under (planning ref-713/85), which include (i) Minor alterations to elevations including the location & style of windows/doors, (ii) change of use of the originally granted attached garage space to the front of the dwelling to a domestic laundry room and replacing the garage metal door with 2no. windows (iii) the conversion of the attic to ancillary/storage use along with the installation of Velux roof lights to the front & rear and (iv) stone facing & capping the original boundary wall & piers to the front. And, 3) Permission is sought to decommission the existing septic tank serving the existing dwelling and install a new wastewater treatment system & percolation area along with all ancillary site works.
