Permission for raising ground levels with inert soil and stone to improve the agricultural potential of the field. It is proposed to import and recover inert soil and stone under permit and/or as a by-product under article 27 and includes all ancillary site works. This permission is for the completion of soil recovery facility in line with planning permission 07/1560 - infill site including raising height of site by approximately 5 meters before grassing for agricultural purposes.
