Proposal description

The construction of a 3-storey apartment building, comprising of 10no. apartment units (2no. studios, 2no. 1-bed and 6no. 2-bed units) with individual private open space areas. The proposed development will also incorporate new gated maintenance access, bin stores and bicycle parking, entrance ramp, the demolition and rebuilding of an existing wall and all other associated boundary treatments, landscaping, site development and drainage works including a new pumping station. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
