The proposed development will consist of the construction of a two-storey extension to the existing single-storey dwelling. The development includes the addition of a first-floor level over the easterly side of the existing dwelling, incorporating first-floor accommodation and also a balcony on the northern elevation. The proposed two-storey extension will also extend approximately 6.0 metres to the rear of the existing dwelling.
