Permission for the works will include demolition of a section of existing stormwater outfall pipe with associated concrete encasement and the construction of a replacement section of stormwater outfall pipe with an additional discharge point and associated concrete encasement. The construction will also include associated site works consisting of minor site clearance, excavation works and temporary works. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence no. P0864-01. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
