Permission for 1) change of use of 5 no. existing permitted storage tanks on site from the storage of molasses to the storage and distribution of HVO (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) fuel, 2) raising of bund wall by 250mm, 3) a new foul treatment system and 4) all other associated site development and drainage works.
