Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via a new entrance from the R611 road. The proposed development also includes provision of an amenity path along the site's northern boundary, landscaping, undergrounding of ESB cables, connection to the public sewer network, bicycle and bin storage facilities and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
