The extension will incorporate part of the ground floor of No. 99 South Main Street. The works include a change of use from an existing derelict public house to a fast-food takeaway restaurant on ground floor. B) Change of use of part of No. 99 South Main Street and 100 South Main Street from an existing public house and professional services use respectively to 1 No. convenience retail store with an off licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises on ground floor level and 5 no. residential apartments at first, second and third floors.
