The development will consist of the construction of a single storey woodchip boiler building (840m2) with a height of 16.292m above ground level and a maximum stack height of 27.292m above ground level, the construction of an extension to the existing pipe bridge, new internal access road and yard to facilitate vehicle movements and associated site works.
