Proposal description

This application is for retention permission only. The house was built in 1977 ( planning reference 76-3501). The property also has outbuildings that were constructed before I purchased the property. I purchased the property in 2004. In 2010, I built an extension on the back house (I did not apply for planning permission as I was keeping the extension under 40m2 from the original house). I recently contacted a civil engineer to obtain a certificate of exemption for the extension. The civil engineer pulled the original permission from 1977 which revealed that the orientation of the property, the position of the drive, and the internal layout of the property did not match the approved plans, and that the out buildings on the property were not included in these plans. I am therefore applying for retention planning for the property along with the outbuildings
