Alterations to Astro turf pitch playing area as previously granted under Planning Reg. No. 18/7008. This application includes for the following: (1) Increase in the Astro turf playing pitch size to 45m x 40m (previously 45m x 30m) (2) 4 no. 12m high floodlighting poles, each with 4 no. floodlights i.e. 16 in total (3) 10m high perimeter fencing to the Astro turf pitch playing area (4) 12m high ball stopping nets behind the east and west goals (5) Construction of a single storey maintenance shed and bike rack (6) Surface water drainage and all ancillary siteworks (7) Relocation of the flood water storage cells from underneath the Astro turf playing area to underneath the car park area of the creche which has been granted planning permission (Ref.19/4089).
