The modifications to be retained include a) a sunroom erected to the eastern side of the dwelling, b) a dormer type extension erected to the master bedroom on the first floor, which contains a double external door opening out onto a west facing balcony, c) a granny-flat extension erected to the rear of the original permitted building, and which also incorporates some of the ground floor and attic level space of the original permitted dwelling. Also permission to install an on-site proprietary sewage treatment system to replace the existing septic tank and percolation area serving the house.
