Retention permission for alterations and extensions to the main dwelling house and site boundaries of previous approved planning permission Ref 1112/71 and for what is currently present within the cartilage of the site as follows: 1. Increase in the internal floor area of the main dwelling house and increase in the general site area to include alterations to site boundaries, 2. Subsequent works carried out to the main dwelling house and site to include: a) construction of single storey sunroom and single storey utility room extensions to rear, b) conversion of attached garage from storage to habitable use (ie 'Granny Flat') with attic floor, c) construction of single storey detached garage structure to side/rear of site, d) re-positioning of main vehicular entrance at front of site from public road. This application also includes for the existing septic tank to be decommissioned and replaced with a secondary wastewater treatment unit and associated polishing filter.
