The construction of a single storey discount foodstore (1,820sqm gross floor area, 1,315sqm net floor area), including the sale of alcohol for consumption off premises; loading bay; 108 no. car parking spaces; cycle spaces; external plant; trolley bay; ESB Substation; signage; rooftop plant; demolition of a small section of the existing southern boundary wall; new pedestrian entrance from Inchydoney Road; and all associated site development, drainage, and landscaping works, including internal access roadways and footpaths. The proposed development will be accessed via the existing roundabout on Inchydoney Road / Casement Street / Clarke Street and the existing junction on Incyhdoney Road. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority.
