The proposed development consists of the construction of 5 no. two storey 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 12 no. two storey 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 14 no. two storey 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 8 no. two storey 3 bedroom townhouses, 6 no. two storey 2 bedroom townhouses and 10 no. 2 bedroom bungalow units. The proposed development makes provision for the upgrade of the Knockraha road and access to the proposed development will be via a proposed signalised junction with Cois Chuain with a pedestrian access to the L-2969-0 country road to the north of the site.
