The works shall include the demolition of the existing garage, front walls and conservatory, rear out house, utility and internal demolition. Alterations to the driveway, removal of garden shed, partial demolition and remodelling of the roof to the existing dwelling. Alteration to the fenestration and material changes and elevational modifications to front and rear and side of the ground and first floors of the building. Such works shall also include the installation of a waste water treatment and percolation area to facilitate the new dwelling, the removal of the existing septic tank and the installation of a waste water treatment and percolation area unit to service the existing house.
