The residential mix is as follows, 3 no. 4 bedroom detached units, 18 no. 3 bedroom semi detached units, 6 no 3 bedroom townhouses and 5 no. residential serviced sites. Permission is also sought for the completion of 21 no. dwelling houses (previously permitted under planning reg. no. 07/4049). The proposed development will also include associated site development works including vehicular access, footpaths, pedestrian facilities, foul and storm water drainage networks, a proprietary waste water treatment plant, storm water attenuation system, neighbourhood play areas, multi-use game area, landscaping natural stone entrance and road boundary and improvements to road culvert at adjoining stream.
