Erect a dwelling unit, partially single storey and partially 2 storey, on site at the rear of 32, 33 and 34 Lower Midleton Street. The development will also incorporate the following: 1) modifications and protection works and the existing old stone walls of a ruined dwelling unit on the site, involving the re-opening of 2 blocked-up windows openings on the southern elevation of the structure, to allow light to enter the new building, and all necessary protection and strengthening works to this wall structure, 2) use of an open-air section of the roof of the single storey section of the new building as an outdoor amenity space for occupants, 3) use of a pedestrian archway from Lower Midleton Street as the access to the site and all necessary protection works to this passageway, 4) all associated and ancillary site development works.
