Raise roof to rear over existing extension to incorporate first floor bedroom with gable window at first floor level. Install 2 no. velux windows to front and 1 velux window to rear. Install double doors to rear at ground level. Reslate entire roof and fit grey/black seamless aluminum facia and soffit. All to existing dwelling.
