Retention of the following works (a) insertion of 4 no. rooflights into the roof on the east/front elevation, (b) construction of ground floor extension with first floor attic accommodation over to the west/rear elevation, (c) modifications to previously existing dormer roof to the west/rear elevation, (d) installation of new windows and doors to the existing and retained old school house structure, (e) creation of temporary vehicular entrance for construction purposes, (f)construction of pump house to rear of schoolhouse site – along with all ancillary siteworks. Planning permission for retention is also sought for the following works underway to site per planning reference 15/5709, all of which are ancillary to the aforementioned works at the Old School House. (1) Construction of retaining walls to facilitate vehicular entrance/parking area previously permitted under planning reference 15/5709 (2) Excavations exceeding 1m in depth facilitating construction of plant room, under the aforementioned previously permitted vehicular entrance/parking area. Planning permission is also sought for the installation of newly proposed waste water treatment system to serve the development, along with all ancillary siteworks.
