Removal of temporary stabilisation works consisting of sandbags along the base of the existing quay wall. Construction of c.50lin.m of sheet piled quay wall c.1m from the face of the existing wall. The sheet pile wall will be clad with precast reinforced concrete panels faced with natural stone. A 1.2m high reinforced concrete parapet wall will be constructed along the top of the sheet pile wall. Approximately 60lin.m of foul sewer is to be removed and re-laid along the face of the proposed sheet pile wall
