- A ten year Planning Permission to construct a wind farm. The development will consist of the erection of 6no. wind turbines with ancillary equipment for the generation of electricity, upgrading of relevant access tracks & construction of new access tracks where required, a fenced electrical compound comprising a single-storey control building and substation, transformers, towers & all associated site works. Each wind turbine will have an overall maximum height of 126 metres, comprising a tower of nominally 80-85 metres high, with a diameter of about 4 metres at the base, to which three number blades of 41-45 metres length will be attached together with all other ancillary works.
