Retention of disused fenced compound and permission for alterations and change of use of the compound to open bus storage and a bus washing facility. Development will consist of construction of a boundary fence and 2 no. access gates consisting of construction of an enclosing wall of 1 metre with a fence of 2.5 metres placed on the wall, to give a total height of the boundary of 3.5 metres. Construction of tarmac surface, the installation of a mechanical bus wash, installation of surface water and bus wash water interceptor and waste treatment unit, below ground storm water attenuation tank and a bunded fuel store.
