(2) 1 no. three-storey mixed-use building (437 sqm) is proposed in the north-west corner of the site, comprising a crèche at ground and first floor level (259 sqm) and an independently accessed commercial unit at second floor level (178 sqm). (3) 1 no. ESB transformer substation. (4) 1 no. single-storey bin store (68 sqm). (5) 322 no. car parking spaces and 238 bicycle spaces. (6) New vehicular and pedestrian access from Douglas Road, and new pedestrian access from Glenview Terrace and South Douglas Road. (7) All necessary utility and service connections, including new connection to the existing public sewer on Douglas Road and South Douglas Road.
