Access to the 38 no. dwellings will be provided via a vehicle access from Cooney's Lane permitted under An Bord Pleanala Ref. ABP - 303098-1. The 38 no. dwellings will replace 37 no dwellings (consisting of 12 no . 3 bed semi-detached units, 16 no. 3 bed townhouses, 7 no. 3 bed detached units and 2 no. 4 bed semi-detached units) permitted under An Bord Pleanala Ref.
