Permission for the construction of a nursing home at the former Glanmire Rectory, Dunkettle, Glanmire, Cork. The proposed development comprises of : 1) The demolition of an existing garage and extensions to the existing dwelling and coach house; 2) Modifications to the existing coach house and dwelling and the construction of a 3 storey extension to provide a 100 no. bed space nursing home and a staff training centre. Photovoltaic panels are proposed at roof level; 3) The construction of a childcare facility; 4) And all associated landscaping, car parking, bicycle storage, signage and site development works. The proposed site development works include: the construction of an ESB substation and switch room, external plant enclosure , water tank enclosure, external store and bin store. Access to the proposed nursing home will be via the existing driveway and a new entrance on to the L2999 (as realigned).
