The development will consist of the redevelopment of the fire damaged Fort William House, listed as a protected structure, PS725, and situated at the rear of the Clayton Hotel Silversprings. Development will include demolition works, the reinstatement of the roof, changes to existing elevations and revisions to the internal layout to accommodate 18 no. guest bedrooms and associated lobbies over three floors. The development will also include the refurbishment and conversion of the existing outbuilding to the rear of the main house into 3 no. guest bedrooms, car parking, landscaping and all associated site development works.
