Permission for retention of development consists of a banner sign to the front elevation. Permission for development will consist of an extension (227 sq.m ) to the existing net retail floorspace within the footprint of the existing Aldi store, and the removal of the existing bay window along the front elevation. The proposed extension will result in a corresponding reduction in the existing ancillary welfare/warehouse area as well as all associated internal and external modifications, and a sign to the front elevation.
