The proposed development consists of: 4 no. three bedroom semi-detached dwellings of 113.12sq.m each, 2 no. three bedroom semi-detached dwellings of 118.59sq.m each, 2 no. three bedroom semi-detached dwellings of 110.81sq.m each, all with associated vehicular parking (2 no. per house totalling 16 no. car parking spaces), rooftop photovoltaic solar panel arrays, boundary treatments, private and public open spaces, hard and soft landscaping, internal roads and pedestrian walkways, services (incl. 1 no. underground attenuation tank), public site lighting, retaining walls and all other ancillary and associated site development works above and below ground level.
