Development comprising amendments to the permitted Licenced Discount Foodstore and separate neighbourhood commercial/retail units (Cork City Council Planning Reg. ref. 15/36685) at a site of approximately 1.087 hectares located at the existing Lidl Licenced Discount Foodstore, Mount Agnes Road, Churchfield, Cork. The proposed development consists of: An amendment to the opening hours permitted under Condition No.7 i.e. 07.00 to 21.00 Monday to Sunday (inclusive), to the proposed opening hours of 8.00 and 22.00 Monday to Saturday and 9.00 and 21.00 on Sundays and Public Holidays; and an amendment to the permitted site boundary by removing the rendered block wall and steel railing along the site boundary fronting onto Mount Agnes Road, and the construction of timber knee rail fencing in place of removed wall and railing.
