Retention of existing infill development, located to the west and front of main unit on site, with a floor area of 100.32sq.m, and full permission for change of use of vacant commercial unit to a new Athletic High preformance centre to include; 1) to construct new 2 storey extension to the rear and side elevation of existing building to provide ancilliary accommodation to serve centre, 2) to demolish existing lean- to plant room to rear of existing building and construct new single- storey lean - to structure to accommodate new equipment store and plant room to serve centre, 3) new entrance doors and glazing panels to replace existing roller shutter door on east - facing side elevation, 4) existing glazing features and roller shutter door located on front elevation to be replaced by new glazed facade to include sliding panels to provide access for larger equipment, 5) new sign to replace existing sign on rear elevation, 6) new architectural cladding to all elevations, 7) removal of existing car wash slab, 8) to erect new lighting column to serve car park, 9) 10no. car parking spaces, 1no. disabled parking space and covered cycle parking to be provided in existing private access car park, 10) new pedestrian only access gate to be provided on front boundary and 11) all associated site works.
