The development of the dairy Science Lab. The Development consists of the demolition of the existing dairy science lab building and the construction of a part two storey / part three storey office / technology building to include cores, office / technology space, ancillary accommodation & plant room with covered walkway connection to the existing two storey office building. Works to the existing two storey building includes a new two storey extension with alterations to internal layouts. The development is to be built in two phases: - Phase 1 consists of the demolition of the existing dairy science lab building and the construction of a three storey building to include cores, office / technology space, ancillary accomadation & plant room with covered walkway connection to the existing office building. Works to the existing two storey building includes a new two storey extension with alterations to internal layouts. - Phase 2 consists of a two storey extension to the east elevation of the proposed three storey building (phase 1) to include cores, office / technology space and ancillary accommodation. The proposed development also includes a new controlled staff entrance off the existing entrance to the existing Dairy science building access road serving the department of Agriculture Laboratories, the provision of 46 no additional surface car parking spaces, all associated ancilliary site development works, landscaping signage and external lighting.
