Proposal description

The upgrade and alteration of existing entrances, the provision of entrance and on site signage and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development includes the modification of the existing internal western access road to the existing car park, the erection of a security building, entrance gates and entrance sign at both the existing eastern and western entrances. The proposed development also makes provision for the upgrade of the existing service entrance which will include the re-cladding of the existing security building, the provision of new entrance gates and new entrance sign. A new boundary wall and fence is proposed along the Tadhg Barry Road and proposed on site signage will consist of 7 no. directional signs and 3 no. flagpoles.
