Permission for (A) alterations, extensions, partial change of use and redesign of existing building, formerly used as living accommodation, restaurant and garden centre. The redesigned building will accommodate (1) a restaurant, a fully serviced commercial kitchen with a front of house server, (2) a licensed bar, (3) a garden centre retail area, (4) toilets, (5) staff areas, (B) renovate the existing out building to accommodate storage for the garden centre, (C) maintain the existing open plants canopies and to construct an additional 244 sq.m. of glass roofed, open sided canopies to accommodate plant display areas, (D) redesign the external garden centre areas, (E) extend the existing car park to provide for a total of 40 car spaces, (F) provide for extensive boundary treatment using soft landscaping and (G) provide for on site signage and all associated site works and services.
