Permission to extend the car park to lands to the south for use as a commercial public car park, alteration to the southern boundary and relocation of existing post and rail fence, entrance wall revisions, new internal access road and car parking layout, provision of a new WWTP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and retention permission for the use of the existing car park areas located on the northern portion of the site for use as a commercial public ar park. The application will also allow for the retention of portacabin (92.8 sq.m.) for use as offices associated with the operation of the car parking, retention of ancillary services (incl. valeting and a car valeting structure of 82.5 sq.m.), retention of site lighting and all necessary associated site works and drainage. The overall development will provide for 155 no. car parking spaces and 7 no. special needs spaces. The permissions sought are all on a site area of 0.6756 Ha.
