Alteration of an existing dwelling and the erection of a number of extensions to the rear and side of the dwelling. The works will include the construction of a two-storey in height, stair well and glazed conservatory to the rear, an extension to the south west corner and a utility room to the eastern gable with a balcony over. It is proposed to construct an extension to the western side of the dwelling to accommodate a Hydrotherapy pool and a general purpose activity room (all for private use), to be linked to the existing dwelling. The works will include the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment plant and soil polishing filter system along with all associated site works including the upgrading of the entrance road and site landscaping. It is proposed to upgrade an existing bored well in order to service the development
