In its place it is proposed to enclose the cleared site with simple fencing including lockable gates. It is anticipated that this will form a temporary car park for existing adjacent retail and business premises. The proposed development will include lighting and minor associated site ancillary works. It is also intended that this proposed development will be a precursor to future extension and improvement to the existing adjacent supermarket premises.
