Clare,.The site is bounded by greenfield lands on all four sides, with a connecting laneway to the north providing access to the Wild Atlantic Way (L-1024). The proposed development consists of the construction of a new single-storey, five-bedroom dwelling house (311 sq m) with a wastewater treatment system; hard and soft landscaping; and all associated site development works, both above and below ground. The proposed development will also include improvements to the sightlines at the existing accessway leading onto the Wild Atlantic Way (L-1024).
