The proposed development only relates to external and internal amendments to the permitted Lidl Licenced Discount Foodstore building and consists of: Amendments to the permitted exterior and external elevations comprising: A change in stair construction material at the loading bay from precast concrete to steel; the addition of a secure enclosed bin cage at the loading bay area; the addition of 2 no. fire escape doors along the western elevation; replacement of lower section of glazing along the western elevation with insulated spandrel panel; the repositioning of the permitted fire exit along the eastern elevation; the repositioning and enlargement of permitted external plant on the northern gable plant area; and erecting of plant area access ladder along the eastern elevation.
