To extend the appropriate period of Planning Permission P19/782 the development will consist of; (A) construction of 20 residential units comprising of: 4 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached units; 2 no. 1 storey 3 bedroom detached units; 2 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom semi-detached units and 12 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached units.
