For the redevelopment of an existing building to provide an Innovation/Multi-Service Centre incorporating a Business Hub and Hot Desk facilities on the ground floor and independent office facilities/family resource centre on the first floor. The proposed development will include: (i) The change of use of the existing ground floor retail unit to office accommodation; (ii) Carrying out of alterations and additions to the existing building, amend the internal layout throughout the building, and to construct a new 2 storey entrance lift well to rear of building to provide additional access to the first floor office unit/family resource centre; (iii) Alterations to the existing onsite car park; (iv)Install associated signage, (v) 2 no. new additional connections to public water mains; (vi) All ancillary site works. This development proposes works to the exterior of the structure that is located within Ennistymon's Architectural Conservation Area and these works would materially affect the character of the area
