South-West / Front Elevation: (i) omission of arched details over ground-floor windows and over front door; (iii) permission of four small windows from front projection; (iv) replacement of central first-floor arched window with wider window; (v) omission of rendered window bands; (vi) increased roof pitch to front projection; (vii) reduced height of first-floor windows. 2. North-East / Rear Elevation: (i) omission of rendered window bands and quoin stones to rear and side elevations; (iii) installation of two rear rooflights. 3. North-West / Left Elevation: (i) conservatory constructed on left elevation rather than as shown permitted; (ii) omission of arched details to conservatory windows; 4. General Site / Layout Alterations: (i) Mirroring of the floor plans from those shown in the previously permitted planning application to reflect the dwelling as constructed; (ii) revised dwelling location; (iii) revised site entrance location; (iv) reduced/revised site boundaries and retention of existing site boundaries; (v) omission of permitted domestic garage; 5.
