The proposed facility is comprised of two buildings: (A) a warehouse of 2,727 sqm gross floor area and 8.68m tall, containing office space (183sqm), a hand bottling facility and storage space, and (B) a whiskey maturation warehouse of 2,996sqm gross floor area and 9.74m tall. The proposed development also includes modifications to an existing site entrance off Institute Road; an internal access road; parking for 10 no. cars, and loading bay for heavy goods vehicles; a surface water attenuation pond; an on-site wastewater treatment system and polishing filter; earthworks; landscaping; perimeter fencing and gates; CCTV cameras and all ancillary site works.
