Proposal description

To retain all alterations and changes to existing partly constructed two storey dwelling on site and from that previously granted planning permission under file reference number 06/469. Alterations and changes proposed to be retained consist of the following: 1) increased footprint with additional area of 62sqm on ground floor and 118sqm on first floor, 2) external brick finish on all elevations, 3) additional two storey bay windows, window form and door openings, 4) relocation of single storey rear extension consisting of 36sqm from the North West facing gable to the South East facing gable, 5) alterations to internal room layout, 6) redesign of front porch opening, 7) first floor extension to the South East elevation and slight alteration to location of dwelling on site. Permission is also sought to complete dwelling as per revised plans, to install a treatment system and associated polishing filter and to construct a new site entrance together with all associated site works
