Proposal description

To retain existing Mill Production Facility including the following structures (A) a building comprising of offices, toilets, staff canteen and laboratory (B) 2 no. prefabricated structures comprising of changing rooms, an office & a file store (C) 2 no. portable storage containers (D) 7 no. storage silos & 9 no. storage tanks at various locations to the south and west perimeter of the existing mill buildings (E) a weigh bridge & finished feed outloading metal clad steel portal frame structure (F) metal clad steel portal frame structure comprising of milling equipment and a mineral storage area (G) a metal clad steel portal frame structure comprising of intake and production areas (H) a workshop building (I) a services block comprising of offices, switch rooms & a boiler room (J) an ESB Sub Station (K) all associated site works. Permission is also sought to decommission an existing on site conventional septic and install a new sewage treatment unit and all associated site works. The site will require an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Licence.
