Extension of time of 08/1453 to construct a 2721sq.m total gross floor area which includes the following: a single level supermarket incorporating circulation space, off-licence, ATM, (net retail area 1320sqm), toilet facilities, bulk stores, enclosed service yard, associated offices, staff areas and stores at first floor level and a lower level plant/service room and covered carpark; 3 no. retail units (280sqm net retail sale space) with associated offices and stores at first floor level. The development will include new access arrangements from the Carrickmacross Road to access roadway which will serve the proposed development and will run along the back boundaries of properties west of Main Street and GAA grounds, 125 car parking spaces, recycling facilities, cycle stands, pedestrian footpaths, pedestrian access to GAA grounds, boundary treatment, landscaping measures, connection to existing public services, public lighting, signage to include the following; 1 No. freestanding double sided internally illuminated double pole sign, 1 No. poster display and 2 No. building mounted internally illuminated signs and all associated site development works on a 0.8 hectare site
