Demolish and rebuild "Lurgan Lodge", a derelict local road accessible 19th century 2 storey 3 tiers fronted country house with one tier 2 storey central return backing into a courtyard formed and faced in from both left and right sides by detached rows of derelict and partially collapsed 2 storey high ancillary outbuildings and annexes and 3 metres high stone back wall. The proposed development consists of: (a) rebuilding the main house to its original design, with adjusted position and dimensions and attaching some rebuilt outbuildings to the right and provide 2 storey extensions to the house's front and to it's return, (b) rebuilding as detached 2 storey row of outbuildings to the left to provide 3 no additional separately accessed bedroom suites and visitors accommodation plus ground floor general purpose area, (c) rebuilding part of outbuilding to the right as domestic garage, plus general repair/rebuild and new high and low stone walls to courtyard enclosure and associated building work, (d) providing separated surface water and sewer drainage systems with waste water treatment and percolation area
