To amend previous planning permission refs: 09/542 and 10/422 to increase the total number of bed spaces from 55 no. to 61 no. at the site of the existing Omega Nursing Home, Corporation Lands, Belturbet, Co. Cavan. Application is also being made for permission for retention of development for the following works: (1) Extension of the footprint of the building in 3 no. locations by a total of 27m2 and associated revisions to facades and roofscapes locally; (2) Internal layout reconfigurations including the provision of accommodation within the roof void and the installation of additional windows & rooflights in connection with same; (3) Revisions to the retaining wall to the rear of the carpark; (4) relocation of fuel storage vessels to the north west corner of the site
