To renovate and extend an existing stone fronted, estate cottage listed under Registration Number CV39018 in the Cavan County Development Plan 2008 - 2014, Appendix 27, Record of Protected Structures. The proposed works comprise (a) changes to internal layout of existing cottage, (b) formation of 2 no. windows on side gable, (c) removal of existing previously constructed flat roofed extension to rear and (d) formation of new flat and pitched roofed extension at ground and first floor levels to rear. The works will allow for a total increase of floor area of 24 sqm to the original early 1900's structure
