Development of the alteration, renovation and extension to the existing hostel including Change of Use to a Domestic Violence Refuge development comprising of 2 no. two-bed units, 4 no. one-bed units and 4 no. studio units (10 no. units in total) and associated support spaces including resident communal and play areas, staff facilities, offices, counselling and meeting rooms and associated plant, store and sanitary facilities. The proposal includes partial demolitions (including of outbuildings and sheds) and alterations. New one and two storey extensions with flat roofs are proposed. New landscaping for amenity areas, pedestrian access with planted privacy buffers; common bike parking, bin and garden storage and a plant room are proposed. The development includes for connections to existing services (including existing mains drainage and a new electricity kiosk), works to the boundary treatments including realigning the entrance gate to the boundary line, temporary construction signage, new building signage, lighting and all associated ancillary site development works
